1) Thomas Longland of Begwray, Eaton Socon, butcher, son and heir of [?] Longland of Bugden, Hunts, yeoman, by Mary his wife, also deceased, which said Mary was a devisee in the will of John Sibthorp late of Neither Caldecott, weaver deceased and Mary his wife.
2) Thomas Woodward of Neither Caldecott, yeoman.
Consideration £110 now 1) sells to 2)
- messuage or tenement with a close of pasture ground adjoining containing 1 1/2 acres and several parcells of meadow containing 3 half acres to the same messuage belonging in Neither Caldecott and in the occupation of Eustace Meriweather.
Covenants to levy a fine.
