Devises to Richard Halsey of Market Street, innholder (executor), the messuage in Sundon lately bought of her brother George Ampes, and cottage lately in the occupation of Roger Dawson, and since of William Watts, on trust to sell the property, and out of the proceeds to discharge the mortgage thereon to the said Richard Halsey, his brother William Halsey, and John Halsey. Legacies to cousin John Piggott of Stopsley, brother George Ampes, and Elizabeth, wife of Richard Halsey witnesses: Sarah Halsey, Elizabeth Watson, Richard Humphreys 9 Feb 1712/13 proved 21 Feb 1715/16
