Messuage in which the said Joan lives in Cranfield, and 4 closes of pasture containing 32 acres 3 roods 13 perches, of which one close lies next to the land of Edward Whetson, East, another called Middle Close also lies next to the land of Edward Whetson, East, another lies between the Groves, and the other called Long Close lies next Holcote Wood, South. Also 3 groves of woodland, 5 acres of arable; for 16 years.
