    Messuage in Dunstable now in the occupation of William Yorke, gentleman, and late of Reginald Horne; and 5 acres under the hill called Sowthesdown in Caddington, late of Thomas Finch, abutting North Easr towards Lyegrave, and South, upon Houghton Woodway; ½ acre late of William Howes lying in Seywell Field in Houghton Regis near Puddestreet (sic); and ½ acre late of William Cowper in South Field, abutting North on Icknell Way; 6½ acres late of Richard Davies, of which 2½ acres are called Pepper Piece, abutting West on Woodway, and North, on a path leading from Dunstable to Luton, 2 acres of which lie at Mill Hill, abutting East upon Mill Hill Way, and ½ acre abutting West on Woodway, and 2 half acres abutting on Poppy Hill, and ½ acre on the Icknell Way.
