- Scope and ContentWent to Ivinghoe Aston wharf to fetch coals for his master. On the way met Joseph Dix who asked him to leave some coals on the way back, telling Abrahams he need not be afraid as his master never weighed them. On his way back he left some "at the corner of the Yorkshire Grey public house at Dunstable, and told the landlady Mrs Langley they were for a chap that went about with the two donkeys and a cart". He also had a pint of beer there. Later saw Dix who gave him 1s. When he arrived home "Master Robert" weighed the coals and found them light. Abrahams told him he had sold Dix some for 1s.
