Those in i) to vi) above are only children now living, Arabella has not been heard of for over 30 years
after death of Thomas Clarke said John Hitchcock retained mortgage debt
Ann Hitchcock, widow, died on 1 June 1855 and bequeathed estate to daughter, Annie Freeland
now in consideration of £300 paid by vii) to Annie Freeland, she, with concurrence of Robert, and ii) - vi) assign to vii)
- messuage and shop at Potton, now in occupation of Richard Richardson, George Croot and Thomas Strickland
