i) John Hitchcock, 139 Edgware Road, Middlesex, draper Robert Freeland, Upper Brook Street, Manchester, merchant, and wife Annie ii) Ann Hitchcock, Edgware Road etc., widow, mother of John and Annie John Hitchcock senior died on 15 December 1852. Letters of Administration granted by Prerogative Court of Canterbury on 26 April 1853 to ii) ii) is entitled to 1/3 of estate and i) to 2/3rds now to make better provision to ii), i) assigns to ii) - their 2/3 share in leasehold messuage at Potton, in occupation of Thomas Strickland - their 2/3 share in personal estate of father signed: all witnesses: H Hatten, Catherine Bull, Emily Bull
