    i) Susanna Baker, Litlington, Cambridgeshire, widow ii) Thomas Strickland, Steeple Morden, Cambridgeshire, common brewer by assignment of 13 March 1833 a) Joshua Lilley, Wallington, Hertfordshire, farmer John Piggott, Ulting, Essex, miller Elizabeth Sampson, Chesterford, Essex, widow b) Susanna Baker property was assigned to b) for remainder of term of 4800 years now in consideration of £470 paid to i) by ii) i) assigns to ii) - messuage in Potton containing entrance hall and staircase, 2 front parlours, a large kitchen, a back kitchen, 3 large pantries with ale and wine cellars under, 3 large and 3 small bedchambers with closets and 3 attics, a pair of large entrance gates, an extensive yard, a pump of good water, a barn 50 ft in length with a garden 80 ft square enclosed with a brick wall ‘as the same messuage and premises hereinbefore described in the tenure and occupation of Mr P Chapman’ since of William Parkins and now of ii) - messuage at West end of said tenement fronting Horselow Street, with yard and garden beyond belonging in occupation of Joseph Bland both these properties are bounded East: Market Place South: William Bigg West: Horselow Street North: Sun Inn and by assignment of 22 November 1802, passed from William Bigg, Potton, barber and grocer, to John Sampson, Hatley St George, Cambridgeshire, gentleman, which together with premises retained by William Brigg, comprised the whole of the premises devised to Robert Ball in deed of 26 March 1623 signed: both endorsed receipt witnesses: Thomas Wortham, Royston John Seabrook, his clerk
