    i) Nathaniel Wells Freeman, Northampton, printer ii) said Nathaniel Wells Freeman, John Durham, Stony Stratford, Buckinghamshire, land agent iii) Charles Small, formerly of Bedford, now of Warstone Terrace, Birmingham, farmer iv) Henry Smith, Bedford, gentleman recites: will of John Freeman [party to X493/8] dated 23 February 1849 by which he appointed ii) and Bartlett Miller, Moulton, Northamptonshire, gentleman, as executors. John Freeman died 9 April 1851. Will proved by executors in Prerogative Court of Canterbury on 29 September 1851.
