i) and ii) convey to iii) for £150
- piece of garden ground, once part of an orchard, in St Peter’s parish, Bedford, in occupation of iii), containing in length from North to South 180 ft, and in width at the upper or North part 39 ft, and at the lower or South part 33 ft
- other small piece ground together with the stable standing on it, adjoining last mentioned plot, containing in length from North to South 17 ft (small plan in margin)
North and part East: Joseph Okely
remaining part East: James Eastaff, Robert Parker and others
South: Lucas’s Lane
West: Thomas Hauptman and Mary Hauptman
