parties as in X484/4 which is recited marriage has taken place now: clarification and restatement of uses declared there, viz: to use of Richard Mawditt and wife Elizabeth, for term of joint lives and after death of one of them, moiety to Arthur Mawditt and wife Elizabeth and heirs of their bodies; after death of survivor of Richard and wife, other moiety to use of Arthur and wife Elizabeth, and after death of both, to his heirs by Elizabeth or in default, another wife; in default to use of Richard Mawditt, 2nd son of Richard Mawditt senior, and his heirs: in default to use of Elizabeth Bathurst, daughter of Richard Mawditt senior, wife of William Bathurst, merchant, and heirs of her body, in default to right heirs of Richard Mawditt senior
