- 1 acre freehold arable land, in Mogerhanger, in Bearden Field and Clay Field, and now in his [testator’s] own occupation

- £50 to be paid immediately after his decease out of ready monies, in discharge of dower and thirds
... to eldest son William
- £50 to be paid 6 calendar months after testator’s decease
friends Samuel Sutton, Old Warden, yeoman, Edward Sutton, Beeston, Northill, yeoman, and John Gutteridge, Blunham, collar maker, appointed joint executors and guardians of sons John and Joseph until 21
... to said executors
- household goods, cattle, implements of husbandry, corn and grain, residue of money and all other personal estate, to hold on trust to satisfy wife’s legacy
to sell above personal estate
to pay debts and son William’s legacy, funeral expenses, then to place remainder on security to divide interest to bring up said 2 sons until 21, or to bind them apprentice
when eldest of said attains 21 then to have moiety of said principal monies, and same with youngest, when 21

since date of will he has purchased from Thomas Ambridge:
... cottage etc., at Kempston, now untenanted
now he devises it to son, John Savill
the legacy of £50 to wife is annulled and instead he bequeathes to trustees £200 out of personal estate in trust to be invested. Interest to be paid to wife for life. On her death said sum to be paid to youngest son, Joseph, if 21. If he dies under this age, then to son, John
