    i) Daniel Ower, citizen and barber surgeon of London, and wife Rachel ii ) Lucy Longueville of Shidlingtonbury, Bedfordshire, widow Reciting will of Grey Longueville late of Shidlington, esquire, father of Rachel dated 3 May 1678, by which he bequeaths to Rachel £400 at age 21 or day of marriage and indenture 7 June 1683 between a ) Daniel Ower and wife Rachel b ) Lucy Longueville and Henry Longueville of London, esquire being settlement subsequent to marriage, being agreement that £400 remain in hands of Lucy paying to ( a ) yearly income at 5%, with other provisions and indenture 29 June 1691 being demise by ( b ) to ( a ) for 1000 years ... piece of pasture called Busshe pasture containing 20 acres being part of Bryants Farm now or late in tenany of Richard Deare at rent of £20 per annum ... Twelve Acres adjoining Busshe pasture now or late in tenancy Richard Deare at £12 per annum all in the parish of Meppershall by way of security for payment of the £20 per annum and the capital sum of £400 Counterpart Assignment by ( i ) to ( ii ) for £100 of the annual sum of £20 for the next 7 years to come.
