Will of Robert Elliott, esquire, dated 6 March 1841 to wife Mary Elliott, son Robert Elliott and James Morris, gentleman, leasehold premises in Stratford Place, Oxford Street, Middlesex, and leasehold messuage in Bedford Square, Middlesex in trust for wife Mary Elliott, for life and then, as part of residue of personal estate After bequeathing several legacies: to wife Mary Elliott, son Robert Elliott and James Morris, gentleman, all freehold estates not before devised in Bedfordshire, Surrey and Middlesex, and in City of London, and all residue of personal estate, subject to payment of debts and legacies, upon trust to convey one half to son Robert Elliott, and to stand seised of second half upon trust to apply net annual income arising therefrom towards maintenance and education of testator's daughter, Elizabeth Elliott, until she reaches 21, and then to pay said annual income to her for life and after her death to sell such part as is saleable or to join with person entitled to other half part and to sell while she lives Death of Robert Elliott, 21 February 1844 Will proved Prerogative Court of Canterbury by James Morris, 7 March 1844 Will proved Prerogative Court of Canterbury by Robert Elliott the son, 31 May 1844 3.
