    Appoints wife, Anna Maria Sharp, executrix, and sons William Henry Sharp and Robert Sharp and son in law Samuel Cartwright of West Square, St George's Fields, Surrey, and son in law James Thurgood of Plumber's Row, City Road, London, executors to wife, Anna Maria Sharp, all household goods, furniture, plate, linen, china and household effects (except brewing utensils) to executors, all residue of personal estate and effects upon trust to sell and dispose of money upon trusts ..., and all real estate upon trust to sell and add to personal estate to wife, Anna Maria Sharp, half of money arising from above sale, but if she dies before testator, her half part to sons William Henry Sharp and Robert Sharp and daughters Emilia Maria Cope, Mary Louisa, wife of Samuel Cartwright, and Elizabeth, wife of James Thurgood, in equal shares to son, William Henry Sharp, £400 to daughter, Emilia Maria Cope, £400 and on her death to her daughters to daughter, Maria Louisa Cartwright, £600 and on her death to her husband and children to daughter, Elizabeth Thurgood, £400 and on her death to her husband and children has omitted to give son, Robert Sharp, a legacy as has already given him monies for his advancement as to remainder of money, to children in equal shares witnesses: John Pulley, Frank John Budd, D Norris particular wish of testator that wife Anna Maria Sharp has sole use of dwelling house for 12 months after testator's death witnesses: John Pulley, J M Howard, Frank John Budd
