    appoints Thomas Barnard of Cople House, esquire, Turner Arthur Macan of Elstow, esquire, as executors and trustees to above 100 guineas each and all real estate except that vested in me as trustee and mortgagee, and all residuary estate, upon trust to sell real estate and convert residuary personal estate into money upon trust for children and any children of theirs, on reaching 21, or on marriage if under 21 for females, in equal shares. Trustees to invest share of daughter, Edith Mary, and pay her annual produce for her sole benefit, after death, income to go to her husband, if any, for life or until remarriage, when half to go to husband and half to trustees on trust for any issue. Trustees may continue brewery business for as long as they see fit and continue in occupation of any land held at my decease or occupy any land desirable to be occupied in connection with brewery business. When 2 or more of my sons reach 21, trustees to offer them brewery business and all connected with it at price fixed by competent valuer. If sons do not reply to offer within 1 month, offer to be made to son next in seniority. If only 1 son accepts offer trustees may convey business to him. Trustees may give sons who carry on business, money from estate but sons must pay interest on it to those to whom it should belong at £5 for every £100 per annum.
