Card sent to 'Miss E. Collier, Waterloo Road, Bedford'. The message reads 'It is what we expected - that you must be in quarantine for 20 days from the day you last saw Muriel. If you see Hilary tomorrow will you tell her we will be sending you an Insurance Medical Certificate in a day or two as you are both insured. R. Cleaver'.
