    - to cousin Bartholomew Higgins: Estates and farms at Turvey known by the names of Pixhill in the occupation of Alstone and Elderswell in the occupation of Pearson, containing together 454 acres 3 rood and 14 perches as described by being lot 5 in Mr Skinners sale of Lord Peterborough's Lane. - to niece Sarah Higgins for life moiety of the great tithes of Turvey and then to nephew John Higgins. Lease hold house at Weston, £4000. - to nephew John Higgins: remainder of estates at Turvey and lands on the other side of the river in Bucks. Explains the absence of deeds from the purchase of the lands of Lord Peterborough. - to cousin Simeon Warner estate in Sussex. - legacies to children of Simeon Warner. - to brother Thomas Higgins and other relatives monetary legacies. - £1000 to Bethlem hospital, £1000 to London Hospital. - to the minister and church wardens of Turvey: £1000 invested in public funds with nephew John Higgins and cousin John Higgins as trustees the interest to be annually laid out in clothing for £20 poor of the parish of Turvey in the month of December. £300 interest to be paid to any person who shall & will diligently instruct the children belonging to the Sunday School of read &c but upon this promise that other subscribers will make up the salary to the schoolmaster of £20 per annum. If salary is not made up then legacy revoked. - £500 to minister and churchwardens of Weston Underwood for clothing. Various other monetary legacies to individuals including to his bookkeeper and the men and maid servants with him at London Wall and at Turvey. Residue to cousin Thomas Higgins of London Wall, grocer, who is appointed executor.
