Memorandum of agreement, Charles Longuet Higgins to Sidney George Crosse of Picts Hill Turvey. Exclusive right to shoot over 1,250 acres at yearly rent of £50. Lessee to provide game keepers etc, pay the land rent, insurance and make good damage. Lessor to pay taxes etc. Also right of fishing by rod and line on part of the River Ouse as specified and shown in plan.
