    1) Rt Hon Saint Andrew Beauchamp, Lord Saint John and Richard Longuet Orlebar of Hinwick House. 2) Thomas Charles Higgins of Turvey House. 3) Charles Longuet Higgins of Turvey Abbey, a batchelor. 4) Rev William Breighton Russell of Turvey. Recites: - Lease and Release of 6-7 July 1838 - the marriage settlement of Thomas Charles Higgins and Charlotte Price. - Release dated 22 April 1847 between Charles Longuet Higgins and Rev William Breighton Russell. Now 3) has conveyed to 1) Two acres, part of an old enclosed pasture ground laying opposite to and held with a messuage known by the name of the Three Fishes and now or heretofore called Puddles Close formerly in the occupation of Martin Coles, since William Ingram and now or late James Chater. Extends from the river on the west part thereof by the side of the public street on the south part thereof to a piece of ground on the east part thereof lately the other part of Puddles Close containing about 34 poles conveyed by 3) to 1) by appointment and release dated 10 September 1847. And 1) have revoked all right to 3) of two cottages with bakehouse buildings, garden and ground belonging one of which was formerly in occupation of Martin Wooding and now of William Lawton and the other with bakehouse formerly in the occupation of Thomas Wooding late Levi Tysoe and now unoccupied. Bounded N public street, E & S property Thomas Charles Higgins in the occupation of Richard Jones called the Tinker Inn, W - new school recently erected. The cottage formerly occupied by Martin Wooding was one of 38 cottages conveyed by a lease and release dated 23-24 July 1793 between John Higgins of Turvey House and William Farrer and Martha Farrer his daughter and Hon. Edward Bouverie & Jacob Warner and Thomas Higgins; the other cottage and bakehouse since erected on part of the ground belonging to the first cottage.
