    It is time Thomas Waddington saw Dr Baillie again; though he is tolerably well, a relapse into his old complaints is feared. Reference to birth of Eleanor Henrietta Robinson, daughter of Frederick John Robinson and wife Sarah. Mention of an essay on the Ambition of France. Writer has had a long letter from Mrs Cambridge championing the cause of Charles Evans. Eastnor Castle does not look habitable, but the writer hears they are to be moving in this month. [John Cocks, 1st Earl Somers] 'I see the poor archbishop has lost his pretty amicable daughter and Mr Eliot a son.'
