Will of Jane Richardson leaving main estate to father Thomas Lane and friend John Tole in trust and both to be executors. Legacies to two daughters (Naveria [?] and Margaret) and four younger children namely sons Thomas, George, Edward and Peter and sisters. Bond for Thomas Lane and John Tole, 7 Aug 1706. Summons for Mary Groves, wife of John Groves and relict and executrix of Thomas Lane, to appear in the case of George Richardson against her. 28 Sept 1733. Inventory and account by Mary Groves of the goods and chattles of Jane Richardson which have come to her hands and account of same. Mandate for George Richardson to appear for further presentment, 5 May 1734.
