Suicide - Mechanical asphyxia; blockage of nose and mouth by plastic bag. He murdered his step mother, see Co/Inq2/3/CB1048. The file contains a letter from his brother (written in prison in 1986) and from his father's second wife asking for copies of the deceased's suicide notes, in which he claims he killed her defending himself then killed himself rather than face the consquences.
