Assignment of lease of a messuage shop and premises on Market Hill, Luton from Mr George Smith Duberly, late of Luton now of Stopsley, chemist and druggist to Mr Walter White of Dunstable, chemist and druggist.

- all that messuage shop and premises recited in the indenture of lease dated 10 April 1899 between Emily Ellen Burge and George Smith Duberly, reserving to George Smith Duberly the right of access and use of the sitting room adjoining and leading out of the shop at any time during business hours free of charge and also full right and liberty to retain and keep on the said premises the cupboard now used for photographic appliances situate in the back yard of the said premises with free right of access during business hours.
