- Production dateFrom: 1806 To: 1806
- Scope and ContentLord Hardwicke has had a letter from Lord Robert [William] Manners canvassing for his interest in Leicestershire. Lord Hardwicke responded that Manners should have addressed himself to Lady Lucas, and hopes she might support him. [Note Lord Robert William Manners was member of Parliament for Leicestershire from 1806-1831]. Will be at Wimpole till Christmas and most happy to see Lady Lucas there when her domestic arrangements permit. The Bishop and Mrs Yorke have been staying for two days; both are very well.
