- Scope and ContentHopes the map of Dublin arrived safely. [Michael] Dwyer has been taken; it is as well because he kept up a sort of dragoons for rebels or outlaws. The writer wonders where he was supplied with money. There is another robber in another part of the mountains named [James] Corcoran; he will probably soon be in the same situation.
