Group image of five people standing behind a painting presumably recently acquired, with ornate vase and portrait of Cecil Higgins behind them. Reverse of photograph names only three individuals: "L-R : Amanda Beresford - Curator, Vincent Manze - Ch[air] of CHAG Friends, Peter Beck - Chair of C. Higgins PHS." NB. The female and male stood to the far right of the picture are thought to be Derek Jones, Mayor of Bedford, and his wife.
