Scope and Content
Plans of proposed new streets on the Biscot Road Estate for the Luton Land Co. Ltd. These are Curzon Street and Whitby Road, the latter being an extension of Highbury Road. Plans include details of sewers. The site plan is at scale of 40 ft to one inch. There are plans of two sections; Curzon Road and also the Highbury Road extension at scales of Horizontal and Vertical 20 ft to one inch. Also a plan of an enlarged cross-section at scale of 10 ft to one inch.
