    Parties: (i) Hannah Worboys of Brunswick Street, Luton, widow; (ii) William George Mayne Warboys of 57 Brunswick Street, Luton, blocker; Walter William Warboys of 119 Hitchin Road, Luton, painter Reciting: - will of William Worboys of 57 Brunswick Street, Luton, retired innkeeper, of 23 November 1885 devising and bequeathing real and personal estate to his executors Henry Thomas Shackleton of Stuart Street, Luton, hat tip and lining manufacturer and Jesse Inwood of High Town Road, Luton, grocer as trustees to permit his wife (i) to have his furniture and domestic effects for her life and receive rents and income of real estate and to invest money of personal estate and pay interest to (i) and stand possessed in trust for (ii); - death of William Worboys on 30 March 1900 and proof of his will in Northampton DPR on 8 June 1901; - (ii) were the only children of William Worboys and were both over 21; - shortly after the death of William Worboys, Henry Thomas Shackleton, with the approval of (i), sold 16 Brunswick Street for £210; - 81 and 83 High Town Road had been recently sold by (i) and (ii) with concurrence of Henry Thomas Shackleton to James Joseph Wooding for £110 out of which £100 was paid to (i) in respect of her life interest in the houses, the remainder being paid to (ii); - real estate of William Warboys now represented by property in part one of the Schedule; - (i) agreed to sell her life interest in remaining real estate to (ii) for £900 and transfer of reversion of interest of (ii) in household effects of William Worboys which were valued at £20 Operative Part: - (i) surrendered her life interest in scheduled property and personalty to (ii) for £900 and reversion of the interest of (ii) in household effects of William Warboys Schedule: Part One: - six cottages with yards and outbuildings known as 67, 69, 71, 73. 75 and 77 Duke Street; - land on corner of Ashton Road and Cowper Street, Luton with messuage known as 36 Cowper Street in occupation of William Neville; - two plots of land and two messuages known as 55 and 57 Brunswick Street , 55 in occupation of Robert Unwin and 57 in occupation of Hannah Warboys; - land with six dwellings known as 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 and 12 Cross Street, Luton Part Two: - £400 secured by mortgage on property in High Town Road on 1 April 1899 between (1) Edward Kiteley and (2) William Warboys; - £500 secured by mortgage on a warehouse at corner of John Street and Cheapside, Luton made on 1 August 1900 between (1) William Henry Brown and John Robert Brown and (2) Henry Thomas Shackleton; - £350 secured by mortgage on 113 High Town Road on 30 June 1883 between (1) George Emery and (2) John Spratley, Reuben Algar and Thomas Keens transferred to William Worboys on 4 November 1885; - £200 secured by mortgage on 68 and 70 Wenlock Street, Luton on 3 July 1897 by (1) Edward Kiteley and (2) William Worboys; - £120 secured by mortgage on 16 Brunswick Street, Luton on 9 May 1902 by (1) Edward Brown and (2) Henry Thomas Shackleton; - £250 secured by mortgage on 126 and 128 North Street, Luton on 11 November 1898 by (1) Edward Kiteley and (2) William Worboys; - £15/7/3 cash in the hands of Henry Thomas Shackleton Witnesses: - Arthur Drury Piper of Bedford, solicitor; - Richard Edward Cooke of Luton, solicitor
