(b) dwelling house lately built on (a) and known as 67 Dallow Road in occupation of George Frederick Wale
Schedule:
- (i) to maintain a fence or wall of 5 feet or more on S and W sides;
- (i) not to paint, coat or tar any fences with black paint, colouring or tar;
- (i) not to use property as hotel, public house, club house or tavern or sale of beer, wines or spirits or use as a slaughterhouse;
- (i) to repay one third cost of maintaining right of way and of Newcombe Road
