    Parties: (i) Mabel Beatrice Hill of 19 Crescent Rise, Luton, widow; Ronald Murray Primett of 19 George Street West, Luton, solicitor; (ii) Anthony Richard Bratt of 21 Crescent Road, Luton Reciting: - conveyance of 2 May 1906 from (1) John Robert Brown and (2) Francis Henry Humphreys to (3) Arthur Thurlbourn Cook of land on attached plan; - at his death Arthur Thurlbourn Cook owned other property to SW of that above on which 19 Crescent Rise was built; - death of Arthur Thurlbourn Cook on 12 March 1955 and proof of his will of 19 September 1951 in PPR on 21 June 1955; - vesting assent of 7 September 1955 to vest 19 Crescent Rise in Mabel Beatrice Hill; - conveyance of 7 April 1959 from (1) Mabel Beatrice Hill to (ii); - doubts had arisen whether the assent of 7 September 1955 was effective to vest the property in Mabel Beatrice Hill as subject to conveyance of 2 May 1906 though such land then formed the curtilage of 19 Crescent Rise Operative Part: - (i) confirmed that assent of 7 September 1955 was intended to include scheduled land conveyed to (ii) Schedule: - parcels of land in Hart Hill, part of Hart Hill Estate, major and SE part being bounded on SE side by private road called Crescent Rise with frontage thereto of 80 feet 3 inches; - strip or bank of land on NW side of public footpath Witnesses: - Edna G Palmer of 10 Rutland Crescent, Luton, housewife; - Patricia Rooms, clerk to Machin & Company of Luton, solicitors
