    (I) Conveyance of 28 February 1899 Parties: (i) Eleanor Lucy de Falbe of Luton Hoo Park and 19 Grosvenor Square [Middlesex], widow; Henry Gerard Leigh of 19 Hans Place, London, Captain in 1st Life Guards; (ii) John Robert Brown of Luton, architect and surveyor Reciting: - will of John G Leigh of 15 July 1872 devising (a), amongst other property to Eleanor Lucy de Falbe, his wife (then Eleanor Lucy Leigh) for her life, remainder to the heir at law of John G Leigh; - death of John G Leigh on 24 February 1875 leaving Henry Blundell Leigh, his brother, as his heir at law and proof of his will in PPR on 21 April 1875; - Act of Parliament of 38 and 39 Victoria Chapter 3 (Leigh Estates Act 1875) enacting that it was lawful for Eleanor Lucy de Falbe and Henry Blundell Leigh, with approbation of the Court of Chancery, to sell parts of the Leigh Estate; - death of Henry Blundell Leigh on 19 August 1875 leaving his eldest son Henry Gerard Leigh as his heir at law; - Eleanor Lucy Leigh married Christian Frederick de Falbe on 4 December 1883; - Order in Chancery of 25 July 1891 in Leigh v Leigh 1875 L65 by which Henry George Leigh was appointed trustee of the Leigh Estate Act 1875 in substitute for Henry Blundell Leigh and additional to Eleanor Lucy de Falbe; - death of Christian Frederick de Falbe on 27 May 1896; - agreement of 1 December 1898 between (i) and (ii) for sale to (ii) of (a) for £1,912/10/-; - Order in Chancery of 17 December 1898 confirming agreement and ordering lodgement of £192 in court to account Leigh v Leigh 18765 L65 and on payment by (ii) of £1,720/10/- the residue of purchase money was to be paid into the same account; - (i) paid £192 into Leigh v Leigh 18765 L65 on 30 January 1899 and (ii) paid £1720/10/- into the account on 28 February 1899 Operative Part: - (i) conveyed scheduled land to (ii) as shown on included plan for £1,919/10/- [sic] Property [shown on included plan[: (a) parcels of land in Luton containing 8 acres, 2 roods in Park Road West, King’s Road, Bailey Street, New Town Street, Baker Street and proposed new street [May Street] Schedule: - (ii) within two years to curb, channel, sewer and complete; - (ii) to erect on W and S sides of (a) a barbed wire fence
