    i) Caroline Alexander of Rayne, Essex, widow, relict of James Wadman Alexander, late of Rayne aforesaid, clerk, deceased ii) James Brace Alexander of Rayne, gentleman iii) Caroline Alexander the younger of Rayne, spinster iv) George Greenhill of Doctors Commons, City of London, gentleman recites: Lease and Release and Marriage Settlement 26 and 27 May 1806 [see AL872] and Deed Poll 13 February 1838 [AL873] and another Deed Poll of same date as above, appointing that said £3935..16s..2d 3% bank annuities in names of trustees of said settlement subject to annuity of £150 to such uses as Margaret Dickinson should appoint recites: Settlement of same date as presents: I) as i) II) John Docwra Dickinson and wife Margaret III) as iii) IV) Anthony Knipe Morton Joseph Greenhill George Greenhill said annuities to IV) to pay profits to I) for life and then to II) and their issue now: to make further provision for i) i) quitclaims and ii) confirms to iv) - all premises comprised in said recited indenture of 1806 in Kempston to following use: that ii) may for lives of ii) and i) receive £45 per annum (provision for distraint and re-entry in cases of non payment) to use of i) for life and after her decease to use of ii) and heirs for ever signatures: i) to iv) witnesses: Joseph Peagram [?] servant to Mrs Alexander Margaret Dickinson, Hornsey, Middlesex
