recites: Lease and Release and Marriage Settlement 26 and 27 May 1806 [see AL872] and Deed Poll 13 February 1838 [AL873]
and another Deed Poll of same date as above, appointing that said £3935..16s..2d 3% bank annuities in names of trustees of said settlement subject to annuity of £150 to such uses as Margaret Dickinson should appoint

said annuities to IV) to pay profits to I) for life and then to II) and their issue
now: to make further provision for i)

- all premises comprised in said recited indenture of 1806 in Kempston to following use: that ii) may for lives of ii) and i) receive £45 per annum (provision for distraint and re-entry in cases of non payment) to use of i) for life and after her decease to use of ii) and heirs for ever
