has surrendered all copyhold land of manor of Cranfield to use of will to wife Rebecca all freehold and copyhold lands for life, and then to John Scott and wife Mary of Heath and Reach and to survivor of them, then to their son Thomas for life and then to heirs of said Mary to said Mary Scott, £60 to John and William, sons of said John and Mary Scott, £60 each £60 each to youngest daughters of said John and Mary Scott £10 to Thomas Scott aforesaid to Elizabeth wife of John White, £10 to Elizabeth Griffin, £10 to Baker Coleman, £10 to my servant maid Alice Simpson, 2 guineas to poor of Cranfield, £5 wife Rebecca sole executrix and residuary legatee William Coleman and Joshua Wheeler both of Cranfield, overseers of will, £20 each witnesses: John Kinng, George Bass, Joshua Parish
