    to be buried in vault with daughter in St Antolin's Church to sister, Fanny George, all freehold property upon trust to sell and also copyhold property, proceeds to become part of residuary estate. Until sale trustees empowered to lease property for term not exceeding 7 years to sister, Fanny George, all household furniture and goods, linen, china and glass in house where testator dwelt, also all wearing apparell and personal ornaments to each of servants, except Mary Allen, £5 for mourning to Mary Allen, 19 guineas to son Leverton Jessopp, £1500 if son Thomas Augustus Jessopp, entitled to freehold estate comprised in settlement made on testator's marriage with late father, and if Thomas Augustus does not within 6 months of testator's decease and 6 months of reaching 21, convey one moiety of said estate to brother Leverton to Fanny George, all leasehold estates and all residue of goods upon trust to convert into money upon trust for such of sons, Thomas Augustus or Leverton, as reach 21 or leave issue living at death, in equal shares as tenants in common. If neither attain 21 then to Fanny George Appoints Fanny George executrix witnesses: James Haddan, Angel Court, London Robert Gatty junior John William Hedley, clerk to Messrs Haddan and Gatty sworn under £6000 and that testator died 29 April last dated 15 Jan 1833 proved 11 Jun 1837
