    1) Henry Morgan Vane, official trustee of charity lands 2) Thomson Hankey, Reginald Hankey, Arthur Wellesley Peel, Benjamin Bennett, Arthur John Edward Russell, Augustus Frederic Birch, John Heyrick Macaulay, Hugh Colin Smith (trustees of the Ashton charity) 3) Thomas Sikes, Alfred Phippen Welch, Evan Owen Williams, Henry Blundell, Henry Brown (trustees of the Hibbert charity) 1) and 2) convey to 3) - all that piece or parcel of and situate in the Borough of Luton on the north east side of a newly made road or street called Hibbert Street being bounded on the south west by the said street on the north east by a footpath & on the north west and south east by other property now or late forming parts of the said field and measuring in front next the street 215 feet and in depth at the south east side 61 feet 6 inches and at the north west side 66 feet and at the back or north east 215 feet with the 6 almshouses or double cottages and the hall or room and other buildings erected upon the said piece of land.
