- Scope and ContentMortgage: 1) Mr. George Osborn of No. 12 Victoria Street, Dunstable, builder 2) Mr. Francis Smith of Soulbury, horsedealer 1 to 2) Consideration £350 All those four messages or tenants with the outbuildings and appartenances there to adjoining and belonging situate at Dunstable aforesaid with the land or ground whereupon or upon part whereof the said messages or tenants and buildings are erected/bounded on the north-east by a road there called Victoria Street. To which it has a frontage of 54 feet on the north-west by the premises of James Purton, on the south-west by the premises of William Higgs and Thomas Underwood respectively, and on the south-east by other premises of the said George Osborn, which said messages or tenants are now in the respective occupations of Daniel Baker, Mrs Munard, Mrs Daniels and Mrs Squire. Together with all the rights, members and appertenances whatsoever to the said premises or any part thereof belonging and remainders rents issues and profits thereof. And all the estate right title and interest of the said George Osborn, therein and thereto. Reconveyance: 1) George Smith of Heath, horsedealer (heir to Francis Smith) 2) George Osborn All interest and the principal sum of £350 being paid by 2) to 1), 1) conveys the property to 2) Recites: - death of Francis Smith 6 Jan 1877 Signed by George Smith and George Osborn, endorsed by reciept.
