Executrix to sell all copyhold property held of manors of Waltham Holy Cross and Epping Bury, except small piece of copyhold land held of manor of Theobalds, Cheshunt, Hertfordshire, purchased of devisees of late Stephen Wilson, esquire
to wife Elizabeth, piece of copyhold land held of manor of Theobalds opposite messuage where testator dwells at Waltham Holy Cross and purchased of devisees of late Stephen Wilson, esquire, brick stables adjoining coach house of said messuage and ground thereto belonging, purchased of Edward Clarke, esquire, also all other freehold messuages and property for life and then to children as tenants in common. If any child dies before 21, property to brother, James Jessop, subject to annuity of £50 per annum to sister in law, Fanny George
appoints wife Elizabeth sole executrix

Since making above, testator has purchased 3 copyhold cottages held of manor of Theobalds "of my dear and excellent father"
extends executrix's power of sale to cover these
requests co-executor, Mr Barnard, will settle the Leverton Schools, purchased in joint names, to uses declared by deed of bargain and sale already declared and pay any bills for repairs not discharged. Also out of surplus monies Mr Barnard to invest £1000 more after death of Mr Farebut for poor of parish and settle £20 per annum on master or mistress of Leverton School as salary left in Mr Leverton's will insufficient
