    Letter from Hunnybun and Sons, Solicitors to J. Howard Howard Esq. informing him that Mr Measures has forwarded them his letter of 8th October. Hunnybun and Sons state that they understand that the whole amount of ‘Collins’ Charity is £24.00 and can he inform them if this sum is charged on the whole of Lord FitzWilliam’s property in Covington, as part has been sold to Mr Measures and part to Mr Milligan. £24.00 is paid annually which equals £12.00 twice a year. 18th October 1909 Copy of Reply of letter from J. Howard Howard. In reply to their letter of 18th October the total amount or money payable to the ‘Ann Collins’ Charity is £24.00 annually. The Charity Commissions Order reads as Follows: Rent charge issuing out of Farmhouse Buildings and Land at Covington. 21st October 1909
