Charles John Prichard late of H.M.38th Regiment, to Richard Preston of Albert Terrace, Regent's Park (county Middlesex), esquire [recites Will of William Sutcliffe of Bath, J.P., dated 29 June 1843; whereby he devised to his relative Selina Prichard, widow, the Manor and farm of Little Bramingham, together with the Manors of Bramblehanger etc., for life with remainder to her children; which became charged with an annuity of £400 under T43/63 to Anna Louisa Sutcliffe (wife of William Sutcliffe); and recites also that Selina Prichard had issue, Selina Parkinson (wife of Edward Parkinson), Richard Preston Prichard, William Taylor Prichard, Jane Mary Colville (wife of Edward Dodd Colville junior), Ann Catherine Prichard and Emily Crosse Prichard, spinsters, and the said Charles John Prichard].
