Has had a meeting with Wiggins. Before the next audit day in January, Wiggins expects to pay £500, including the £336 to be received from Partridge. On the valuation between outgoing and incoming tenant, Sadler became entitled to receive a sum from Partridge; it is out of this sum that the £336 is to be paid. When this sucurity was given the distress was withdrawn.
