The writer only learned yeasterday that Elizabeth Ann Gillman's name was entered in the list of candidates for the deaf and dumb asylum. The next day of election will be the second Monday in January. The writer has qualified himself to vote etc. Some time before the election lists of the candidates and forms of proxies will be distributed from the asylum.
