- Scope and ContentStamford's nephew will be at Silsoe tomorrow to attend the funeral. The writer sent an intelligent clerk to the late Mr Stamford's house; he saw the niece and mentioned that Lady Lucas had expressed a favourable intention towards the widow. The writer has referred to the late Earl of Hardwicke's Will; there is nothing in it to entitle Mr Stamford's executors to an apportionment of the annuity for the time since the last payment. Will forward a paper for the deaf and dumb child [Elizabeth Ann Gillman] Wiggin's account has been forwarded to him.
