    - reciting bond for £2,000 by John Godfrey, her father, of 28 June 1706 to Edward Lawndey of Baldock conditional on John Godfrey not barring entail on an estate at Arlesey; reciting AN38/7; - reciting that soon after becoming 21 Anne Godfrey released her legacy of £400 to Edward Sparhauke in satisfaction on mortgage, making her entitled to the mortgaged premises but Edward Spahauke did not make any assignment and died on 9 August 1741, having made his brother William his executor who died on 3 March 1743, having made Margaret sole executrix - in pursuance to agreement of 2 July 1744 [AN38/21] between Margaret Sparhauke, Mary and Anne Godfrey, Margaret Sparhauke released the premises in AN38/14 to Mary and Anne Godfrey; - witnessed by R Finch and Isaac Wilkinson
