- Sale of estate at Clifton at which William Bodger highest bidder for lots 6, 7 8, 9, 16, for £1,930 (reduced to £1,920 when land found to be 1 rood and four poles less than specified in the sale particulars).
Now 1) conveys to 2)
- three cottages in Clifton in the occupation of: Thomas Dilley, William Pratt and John Ashby and formerly in the occupation of Gregory Sole, William Cain and Abraham West and are erected and built upon the site of one messuage heretofore in the occupation of Richard Edwards.
- 51 acres 6 poles arable land in the fields of Clifton (described at length).
