Encloses note from Mr Firmin on the subject to Hawkin's offer. The Blomfield to whom part of the 22 acres is to be let is the Blomfield who occupies Hazeltons Farm and not the person of whom the cottages were purchased. The conveyance of the cottages is probably by this time executed. Separate sheet 'Copy of a letter from Mr Ware to Mr Sparling' which gives details of the cropping on Benjamin Clay's farm.
