    Parties: (i) George Livett of Cambridge, draper; Robert Livett of Saint Neots [Huntingdonshire], woollen draper; (ii) James Gardener, late of Measden [Hertfordshire], now of Walsworth, Hitchin [Hertfordshire], farmer; (iii) Jonathan Adams of Saint Neots, surgeon; Nevile Day of Saint Neots, gentleman; John Brown of Saint Neots, butcher (executors of William Mole); (iv) John Williamson of Baldock [Hertfordshire], esuire; (v) George Wiles of Saint Neots, gentleman Reciting: - AN29/75; - further advance of 24 February 1808 indorsed on AN29/75; - AN29/80; - AN29/81; - AN29/82; - death of Robert Oliver and AN29/79; - AN29/84; - death of Elizabeth Oliver and AN29/83; - AN29/90; - AN29/91; - death of William Mole on 8 June 1829 and his will of 26 May 1829 devising all his real estate to (iii) in trust; - AN29/98-99; - death of James Livett on 18 September 1828 and burial at Saint Neots - his will of 22 July 1824 appointing George Livett sole executor, which was proved in PCC; - £5,000 still owing to (i) but all interest had been paid; - (iii) had paid £5,000 to (i) and (i), by direction of (ii) agreed to assign residue of the term of 750 years; - to obviate all dobts as to whether AN29/84 was sufficient to vest the hereditaments in Elizabeth Oliver for 750 years (ii), by request of (iv) and (v) agreed to join in the assignment Operative Part: - (iii) paid £5,000 to (i); - (v) paid 5/- each to (i) and (ii); - (i), at request of (ii) and (iii) and by direction of (iv) assigned (a)-(m) in AN29/75 to (v) Habendum: - to (v) for residue of term of 750 years in trust for (iv) Witnesses: - J T Day; - William Day of Saint Neots, solicitor; - George Day, clerk to William Day; - Jonathan Barker, clerk to William Peppercorn of Saint Neots, solicitor; - Samuel Veasey of Baldock, solicitor
