- £5,000 still owing to (i) but all interest had been paid;
- (iii) had paid £5,000 to (i) and (i), by direction of (ii) agreed to assign residue of the term of 750 years;
- to obviate all dobts as to whether AN29/84 was sufficient to vest the hereditaments in Elizabeth Oliver for 750 years (ii), by request of (iv) and (v) agreed to join in the assignment
Operative Part:
- (iii) paid £5,000 to (i);
- (v) paid 5/- each to (i) and (ii);
- (i), at request of (ii) and (iii) and by direction of (iv) assigned (a)-(m) in AN29/75 to (v)
