    Parties: (i) John Reeves of Change Alley, Cornhill [London], banker; William Curtis of Lombard Street [London], banker; William Hutchins of London, merchant; (ii) Richard Calvert, William Boscawen and Henry Gregg, esquires, major part of the Commissioners in Bankruptcy of John Casper Hartsinck, Julius Hutchinson and William Playfair; (iii) Robert Tabrum of Boar’s Head Court, Gracechurch Street [London], warehouseman Reciting: - commission in bankruptcy of 31 October 1797 against John Casper Hartsinck, Julius Hutchinson and William Playfair directed to (ii) together with Richard Calvert and Arthur Onslow giving them, or any three or four of them full power to execute the commission; - (ii) found that John Casper Hartsinck, Julius Hutchinson and William Playfair had for eight months exercised the business of bankers and were entrusted with money, goods and effects belonging to others and became indebted to John Kemp, Thomas Tinson and John Noble for £100 and upwards; - in the judgement of (i) John Casper Hartsinck, Julius Hutchinson and William Playfair became bankrupts before the date of the commission and duly declared them bankrupts; - at meeting of at Guildhall, London on 20 December 1797 pursuant to notice in London Gazette the creditors for more than £10 each of John Casper Hartsinck, Julius Hutchinson and William Playfair (ii) nominated (i) to be assignees of the estate and effects of John Casper Hartsinck, Julius Hutchinson and William Playfair and (i) assigned the personal estate and affects of John Casper Hartsinck, Julius Hutchinson and William Playfair to (ii) in trust for themselves and all other creditors entitled to benefit from the estate; - (ii) found that Julius Hitchinson at the time he became bankrupt was seized of real estate in Bedfordshire and Essex; - AN26/1; - (ii) found that John Casper Hartsinck, Julius Hutchinson and William Playfair at the time he became bankrupt was seized of real estate in Middlesex and elsewhere; - AN29/66; - on 3 August 1798 William Curtis and William Hutchins preferred a petition to Lord Chancellor asking for an order to discharge them as assignees of bankruptcy and that one or more assignees might be chosen in their place; - the petition was heard on 11 August and the two men discharged and a meeting, announced in London Gazette be called to choose a new assignee or assignees; - in pursuance of the order (ii) met on 2 October at Guildhall; - Robert Tabrum was chosen to replace William Curtis and William Hutchins Operative Part: - (i), with consent of (ii), assigned to (iii) for 10/- paid by (iii) to each of (i) and (ii) all real estate of John Casper Hartsinck, Julius Hutchinson and William Playfair in Bedfordshire, Essex and Middlesex Habendum: - to John Reeves and (iii) for ever, subject to mortgages and other incumbrances, in trust for the advantage of (ii) and all other creditors entitled to benefit from the estate of John Casper Hartsinck, Julius Hutchinson and William Playfair Covenant: - by John Reeves and (iii) to sell the real estate of John Casper Hartsinck, Julius Hutchinson and William Playfair Witnesses: - Gilbert Grosvenor, clerk to Wadeson, Hardy and Barlow; - Thomas Churchey, clerk to Wadeson, Hardy and Barlow; - Samuel Rogers; - William Parsons
