Devises to wife Sarah (daughter of Robert Coleman of Aspley Guise), his leasehold and freehold lands in Totternhoe and Eaton Bray; to hold in lieu of her thirds. And to daughter Sarah, his messuages and land in Sundon and Luton. Appoints kinsmen Henry and William Hobbs of Pirton (county Hertfordshire), and a friend George Fensham of Sundon, yeomen, guardians of his daughter.
(Bequests to Mary Powell (wife of Richard Powell of Sundon), the poor people of Sundon, and Pulloxhill Meeting and "the poor people called Quakers belonging to Siwel Meeting" [Sewell in Houghton Regis].
