Devises to Thomas Groome (son of brother Nathaniel Groome), the messuage in which he dwells, with close adjoining; and all arable in the Fields of Sundon; and a cottage in Sundon called the Tythe Barne House. (Legacies etc. to niece Elizabeth Groome, Mary and Ruth Groome (daughters of nephew Thomas Groome), and servant Mary Cooke). And devises to brother Nathaniel Groome, his 6 acres in Kensworth (county Hertfordshire), for life; and then to Elizabeth Groome (daughter of Nathaniel Groome). Executor: Nephew Thomas Groome.
